HOBOKEN, NJ — A Hoboken Farmers' Market recipe contest was extended for one week after the nor'easter caused last Tuesday's market to be canceled. The contest closes at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time tonight, Nov. 1. The market is also in its final weeks (more details below). Submit your favorite recipe with ingredients from the farmer(s) of your choice;Specify the vendor (list below); Send to [email protected] Name and contact information must appear with each entry. Winners will be announced at the market at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 2.Prizes will be available that day, and the following week on Tuesday. They must be claimed in person.
