PORTSMOUTH, RI — Election Day has arrived in Portsmouth, when voters will approve or reject two bond questions.
Early, in-person voting and mail-in voting has ended; voters who have not yet cast their ballot will need to go to the polls on Election Day.
Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., with four polling places open to voters.
