Hello - I'm an experienced flipper but this is not a flip! This house is for my family. We will be moving the kitchen, adding a full bathroom, adding a laundry room, taking out some walls, replacing all windows, new main and interior electrical as needed, new plumbing, some demo/hardscape. All within the envelope. I have drawings and I'm working on cabinets and windows now. Appliances ordered. We want to move along. We have not applied for permits or done any engineering. Hopefully you have these services built into your team. We will help as needed. Not looking to swing a hammer but we will make sure finishes are on site and make decisions quickly.
