DEC is a Decatur-based, family-owned restoration company...We dry water damaged houses everyday. We are currently servicing over 40 water damage jobs in the North Alabama area per month, with around 10-15 new ones coming in each week. We are a 24/7 emergency response business, so we have to be available when the call comes in. You must be available to be on-call some nights and weekends. We're looking for two full-time helpers that won't mind demoing a wall or tearing out a bathroom and won't be bothered by a nasty crawlspace. It's not always pretty when we get there, but it will be clean and dry when we leave. Experience in the industry would be a definite plus, but not a requirement. Most of all, we are looking for someone that wants to work hard, learn the job from our lead techs, and build themselves up to being a crew leader. The job changes with different locations everyday, so you'll never get bored doing the same thing over and over. Some of the minimum requirements for this position include: - Valid driver's license - Pass a criminal background check - Professional appearance and positive attitude - Perform on-site production services including water extraction, demo, removing cabinets, etc. - Must be willing to work overtime as needed - Make the customer happy Reply to this ad with your resume and/or contact information.
