We are seeking a full-time maintenance technician to join our team in Medford, Oregon. We offer a professional work environment, ongoing education, and strict compliance with Fair Housing and Tenant Landlord Law. The successful candidate will enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, enjoy working as a team, and possess a “can-do” attitude. The schedule is – 40 hours total per week. TYPICAL DUTIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:  -Apartment turn over maintenance, painting, and touch up  -Communicate successfully with community manager  -Clean common areas  -Drywall repair and patching  -Install ceiling fans, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and faucets  -Repair tile and grout  -Troubleshoot water heaters and thermostats  -Complete unit to unit inspections per supervisor's request REQUIREMENTS:  -Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle required  -Employee must have their own tools to perform duties  High School diploma or equivalent  Basic knowledge of Oregon Tenant/Landlord Laws  Understanding Federal, State, and Local Fair Housing laws  Basic computer skills  At least 1 year of property management experience BENEFITS  $16-$18.00/Hour  20% off market rent  Paid W/S/G  Sick pay after 60 days  Simple IRA Screening prior to a job offer: Background/Credit/Driving/Drug (Testing positive for THC alone will not disqualify an applicant for consideration)
