SAG HARBOR, NY — A Sag Harbor woman was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated with her two children in the vehicle on Halloween, police said. Disbrow, 28, was arrested on Sunday at 4:54 p.m. after she was seen heading south on Denise Street in Sag Harbor "at an unreasonable and imprudent rate of speed" and failing to signal left, twice. She was found to be intoxicated with her two children, both under 16, in the vehicle and was arrested and charged with DWI, Leandra's Law, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, as well as issued summonses for traffic violations, police said.
