If you have experience in residential service plumbing or basic residential construction, then we have a position available. This is a full time position but will consider part time as well for the right individual. Both positions require you to have a valid DL, vehicle capable doing each days work orders and must present yourself professionally as well as the ability to represent the company in a professional manner. You will be working alone and the person speaking with the resident for each workorder. (all gas will be paid for by the company and any maintenance from the extra miles on vehicle) Must be able to submit legible notes on work completed for each ticket to the office and inform them of return trips needed or parts needing ordered. Both positions will be able to purchase job material needed at supply houses on company account. Smaller items that are needed more often will be provided to have as truck stock on calls. Plumbing Position One year minimum in residential service plumbing. Ability to run service tickets alone every day AND properly complete invoices on each job. Experience troubleshooting water heater, shower valves and sink faucets on site Must have own hand tools. Sewer machine and other equipment is provided when needed. Pay is based on experience. General construction position One year minimum in one of the following trades. Framing, Carpentry, drywall, tile, electrical Ability to run service tickets alone every day AND properly complete invoices on each job. Experience working in tenant occupied homes. Must have own hand tools. Certain tools like tile saw or larger ones will be provided when needed Pay is based on experience.
