So how would we the raxpayers begin to downsize the bloated and inefficient government. Most of it is run by unelected workers who are not answerable to the voter. The tax base seems to be set in stone. So, I ask how would the downsizing of the machine come about? Our government now dictates to us on so many levels. How do we deconstruct it?
