We are looking for an individual to help with the day to day general cleanup and to help the maintenance crew with various repairs of a shopping center in Gilbert, Arizona. This is a full time position, Monday thru Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm. The right candidate will be trained. Work consists of the following: * Cleaning and maintaining grounds * Helping the maintenance crew with various tasks such as cleaning, painting, plumbing, landscaping, etc. You must meet the following requirements: 1. Dependable, reliable, and responsible. 2. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. 3. Must have references. 4. Must be able to self-manage.
