Skills needed to thrive on the field team: Drywall repair, Painting, Finish Carpentry, Cabinetry repair/installation Problem solver, Hard Worker, Honest, Good communication Requirements for eligibility: Valid AZ Driver's License Positive attitude Able to lift 50 pounds Able to work a 10 hour shift Compensation will be based on experience and ability to produce on job sites. Prior work experience in this field is preferred, but not mandatory. If you do not have prior work experience, must be coachable and a fast learner
