After the 13 in Afghanistan lost their lives for our country it finally hit home for me. My uncle went to Vietnam and I never knew or cared before. He has passed and I don't get to talk to him anymore.
Anyway I moved here not long ago and I don't know anyone yet. I could use a friend or two. It doesn't matter to me if you want to talk about your experiences or not, I just want to spend some time with people who served our country. I don't know what that feels like.
I want to give to the service member community. But I want to talk to people who can show me where the help is needed. I am starting a consulting business and when it becomes profitable I want to put the money and my time to good use. Please reach out and let me know if we can get together for coffee or a walk on the beach. I want to hear your stories! Thank you you your service, each and every one of you.
