**Seasonal position from Nov. 22 - Dec. 3, excluding Thanksgiving Day** JOB SUMMARY Our team is searching for Christmas tree delivery people to be the face of Gracious Garlands (a holiday greenery business) this season! The ideal candidate for this position is a hard working, friendly, punctual, physically strong, and loves the holiday season! RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES - Assist with unloading trees and greenery from truck - Assist team with product sorting before deliveries - Assist with our Customer Holiday Order Pick Up - Responsible for delivering greenery and Christmas trees to customers - Assist with in-home or business tree installations - Notify customers of estimated delivery times - Adhere to delivery schedule - Be able to learn and identify all of our greenery products - Trim and install Christmas trees for customers - Be kind, helpful, and communicative with customers - Drive U-haul trucks and trailers throughout Austin QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS - High school diploma/GED required (Minimum of 2 years in College preferred) - Must be available to work from November 22 through December 3, weekends included - Must have valid Driver License - Must be comfortable operating chainsaw and leaf blower – we will teach you! - Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs - Experience trimming Christmas Trees is a plus APPLY TODAY ADDITIONAL DETAILS Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: 10 hour shift Weekend availability Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Tree Care: 1 year (Preferred)
