Need Dog Foster Home

So I am on disability and my father is in hospice. I have some serious medical issues I need to get taken care of and I will be in the hospital for next 1-3 months depending on how surgeries go. My dog is my best friend I have had him since he was born litterally hours of birth I was holding him. He is a white 7yr old shiba inu. He is a great dog and I have no place to put him while I get my medical issues taken care of because only person I have is my father and he is dying. I am looking for someone to Foster my dog named Smoke for 1-3months depending on how everything goes in hospital but by the time I get better my father will have passed. The only thing I will have is my dog and thats only if I can find someone to take care of him while I get better. Please if someone could help me out and take care of my best friend while I get the treatment I need I would be eternally greatful I cant stand the thought of getting out of the hospital to my father dead no family and without my dog.
