Weekly Cleaning Person Needed

We are looking for a cleaning person or cleaning team to come once or twice a week to clean a small kitchen, two bathrooms, and small common area at an artist live/work space in Lincoln Heights. The ideal candidate would live near by, in Lincoln Heights or another east side LA neighborhood. We are looking for someone with previous cleaning, janitorial or custodial experience, who is either incorporated or is able to fill out a W-9 for tax purposes. We will schedule an appointment for prospective people to come meet us and see the space, and then discuss reasonable compensation for the work.
