Description

Hello, My name is Jessy. After learning there's no easy access for our Senior community, I'm starting to offer Yoga for Seniors every 1st and 3rd Saturday at 10am of the month in my lovely garden backyard. My goal is to create an inviting and safe space for our Seniors to stretch & move the body (because it's so important), connect with their fellow senior neighbors, and leave with a sense of community. Cost is $20 If you have elderly family members/friends in need of yoga, please help me spread the love. Warmly, Jessy
