*PAID WEEKLY* *PAID WEEKLY* *PAID WEEKLY* IMMEDIATE NEED for General Laborers/Remodelers/Small General Contractors to handle single family rental home flips/renovations (cover majority of job scope or at least 3-5 of the below). Also need subcontractors offering any of the following individual, single trades or services: *Handyman (at least 2 man crew) *Counter tops *Concrete Repair *Foundation Repair *Licensed Plumbing *Licensed Electrical *Roofing *Painting *HVAC *Carpentry *Carpet cleaning *Pest Control *Landscaping *Gutters *Siding *Flooring *Odor Remediation *Water Remediation *Pressure Washing *Drywall *Garage Door Repair & Install *Water Extraction *Tub Resurfacing/Re-glazing *Septic *Window/Glass Repair–Custom glass/shower doors All contractors MUST possess Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1M / $2M Aggregate), Workers Comp (if applicable) and able to add us as a Certificate Holder. This is for ongoing 1099 work. Requirements General Laborer/Remodeler/General Contractor: 1. Crews must possess own transportation, materials and own equipment/tools of that specific trade to perform the job. 2. Complete jobs on time without construction defect or large punch items, understand scopes and the process of coordinating labor and scheduling efficiently. 3. Document & communicate through email and phone with biweekly updates including pics, c/o items and weekly schedules. 4. All installations must be done to code with finish quality in all trades: Demo, pressure washing, stucco repairs, drywall, texture, int/ext paint, kitchen cabinets, laminate/granite countertop template and install, interior/exterior door and trim, carpentry, windows, appliances, finish plumbing, lighting, hardware, bath remodel, vanities, countertops, shower/tub installation, tile surrounds, window and patio screens, landscaping, masonry repairs, cleaning, etc. **Reply with name, business name, phone, EMAIL ADDRESS and experience in this field**
