Are you looking for a great opportunity to learn a new skillset in an industry that is booming? We are looking for people to train to do electronic assembly on both day shift and swing shift! -Read instructions such as work orders, diagrams, and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly. -Selects wire of specified color, marking, or length, and loops wire between guide pegs on harness board, following color coded lines or sequential numbers on board or diagram. -Wraps and ties wires together at designated points to form harness. -Attaches ends of wire to components, plugs, or terminal strip. -Marks identifying data on completed harness -Light Mechanical skills basic understanding of mathematics, the use of rulers and basic mechanical ability (Dexterity) -Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. -Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently.
