Do you provide handyman services? We have a list of repairs needed in approximately 30 apartment units in a single property. Our current vendors are busy on other projects. Some of the work includes: 1. Install new smoke/carbon detectors 2. Clean mold 3. Repair door frames 4. drywall and paint small areas 5. patch and finish holes in sheetrock 6. Install weatherization on windows and doors No plumbing or electrical. Must have liability insurance and currently provide handyman services as an independent vendor.
