Artist studio to share $450 a month

Hi I am looking for someone who would like to share a private studio with me starting next week Monday 8th November. it is at Treasure island art studios in Red Hook. 14' x 15' These are the actual photos of the space. I imagine we would take a corner each. Looking for someone who is considerate and kind. Send me a brief description of your work process. I am an oil painter, I don't use anything with toxic fumes. There is a ventilation system in the room. I would primarily be in the studio on Monday, Wednesday and Friday There is access to kitchenettes, bathrooms, slop sinks, vending machines, a shower, a spray booth, a small volunteer library, Sweet Lorraine Gallery, and a roof top balcony perfect for summertime grilling. I Would like to be at this space for at least three months. I would need a deposit and the month up front. Sorry no music production, no sculpture artists or wood workers. Pet friendly :) Please be vaccinated. Thank you!
