Sunny clean studio (125 sq. ft ) with the WINDOW in a renovated building in Greenpoint. 24 hour access, utilities and amenities are included in your rent. High-speed Wi-Fi/AC and Heat Slop Sinks, Passenger Elevator /Loading Dock, lobbies, kitchenettes, restrooms, a conference room, and furnished outdoor space. Minimal storage at the studio. Price will depend on days/times we will negotiate.
