Hi 👋, we're We love the holiday season at Tis the Season Holiday lighting. This is our 5th season installing holiday lights, and we’ve grown from 20 customers in year 1 to over 500 now. Our values here are work hard, keep clear communication with our customers, and have fun. We’re a small team, 4 installers and Angela who runs the office and messaging side. About the Job We strive to be as good to our employees as we are to our customers, and we're confident we do a good job of it. Because we're a small team, all roles are key roles here. As a Lighting Installer, you’ll work directly with our owners, Ryan and Stetson, on our installation team. We have a limited time window in which we can do our installs, the months of October and November. Having a limited number of days means that every day is critical to our success. The most important aspect of the job is we have to be able to count on our installers. We need someone to show up each day and work diligently along side our team. That's the big goal of the role. Aside from that some of the other things you'll do are: Prepare and install holiday lights — obviously Learn about layout, organization, and routing from Ryan and Stetson Learn how to cut, splice, and work with our lighting wire Move and set ladders for safe access You won’t interact with our customers much, but when you do be amazing Learn about our business and how it works The Deal We work hard, have a bunch of fun, and try and get as many holiday lights installed in 2 months as humanly possible. We pay well and we’ll be with you every day showing you what’s going on. This is a great seasonal job with a high performing team of people.
