1yo puppy active good with other dogs no cats or children

1 y/o male puppy, chocolate lab mix. He's up to date on shots, neutured, chipped, etc. Very lovable, silly, loyal. House trained, knows basic commands. He can be territorial with younger children in the house which is why unfortunately we are rehoming. Happy/ social when walking him or at the dog park. Used to a backyard with fence. Please reply to ad if interested. I don't want this puppy going to a shelter, he's a great dog for the right house. Vet info and chip re-register info will be included. No rehoming fee. Thank you
