Wanted: Older female cat to befriend my male cat

Seeking an older (8+ yrs) spayed female cat who is good with other cats. Must be an indoor cat in good health and has to have lived with other cats before. Hoping for a sweet disposition, as she would be a friend to my older male cat, who, after 12 happy years, lost his mom and sister over the past year, leaving him alone and sad. I am not looking for a beauty queen, just a nice kitty. I am a single middle-aged man offering a loving, safe home in a nice apartment in a peaceful Grafton neighborhood. Looking to re-home such a kitty right away and I have all the items I need to do so. We can discuss payment if necessary, but am hoping for a free offer.
