WORK for RENT: Live-In Nanny Wanted for 2 Toddlers

We would like to host a live-in NANNY who would watch our 2 toddlers in exchange for FREE RENT with FOOD INCLUDED, and possibly pay a *small* stipend depending on hours worked. Its probably an ideal arrangement for a college student, as I can have flexible work hours around your classes. For extra pay opportunity, we are open to a "care-share" with another family (we already know a few), either at our house or theirs. Our boys are 2 years old and 9 months old. We are definitely a Montessori-ish household. We're very supportive of independence, rowdiness and free-play, but not against screen-time and noisy toys. Our growing family is made up of a super fun husband and wife, 2 wild boys, and a big lazy dog! We love traveling, movies, rock climbing, and breweries. We are devout Catholic, college educated, and both employed part-time. I work from home, while my husband works in Albuquerque; both of us Monday to Thursday, with Friday's off. General Schedule: Mon - Thurs: FLEX, any 5 hours between 8am & 5pm, 20 hours total Fri - Sun: OFF The ROOM is in a traditional two-story 4-bedroom suburban house with a big backyard. It is furnished with a queen bed, a desk, and a few drawers, but we could pack these away if you wanted to use your own furniture. It has a nice big window, decent closet and is newly painted. You would also have your own bathroom with a tub/shower right next to the room. The other rooms upstairs are a furnished guest room, the boy's room and our master bedroom. Downstairs is a living room, den, dining room and kitchen. You would have open access to the kitchen (and the shopping list) with regular meals provided.
