The owner of this Truck has had his "Temporary" paper tags on for over a year. The temps on his truck are so old they pre-date the current versions that have an expiration date on them. He parks in a Clean Vehicle space at the Box Store on Bridge street, even though he works at Plumas Bank across the parking lot.
