Finish Roofing Job on Double-Wide

We had a roofer working on my wife's mother's double-wide mobile home, but that roofer only got so far as to remove the old roofing, and lay the new roofing felt paper. It's been a couple weeks since we've seen them and need to move quick to get this done before winter really kicks in. This gig is for an experienced roofer to install the shingles and the vents on a 60'x40' (aprox) mobile home trailer. Please let me know if I can provide any more information.
