Hi, We're looking for a part-time (10-20 hrs/week) maintenance manager to help service our growing residential property portfolio. The best candidates will be experienced across many systems to help us identify the correct fixes. Candidates will also be expected to do some light repair work such as minor painting, yard clean up, and hauling. Please submit a summary of your qualifications and expected pay range.
