Laborer, Crane Rigger & Signalperson Full-time employment, $26 p/hr up to prevailing wage rate. Essential Job Tasks: Prepare materials for crane lift, guide load into place; unload at location. Communicate with crew and crane operator in order to get materials supplied in the proper work areas. Safe operation of specialized equipment, small hand and power tools including a shovel. Performs jobsite cleanup (garbage pickup, lumber pickup and sorting, sweeping); moves and empties garbage into dumpsters. Provides traffic control; building/gate lock up. Operates forklift as instructed. Assists with area cleanup. Assists with problem solving. May perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge Requirements: Ability to read and write, do basic math including: add, subtract, multiply and divide at 12th grade level, ability to understand and follow verbal and written directions. Certified rigger/signalperson.
