Hiring Labor Foreman Full-time employment, $30 p/hr up to prevailing wage rates. RDF Builders (a division of Walsh Construction) has openings for labor foremen for construction projects in Western Washington. Minimum of one year experience as a working construction labor foreman desired. Ability to assist superintendent with maintaining a project schedule, manage a 7 to 10 person crew and handle site utilization is required. Ability to read blueprints, install waterproofing at the foundation, concrete knowledge, forklift certified, calculate yardage of materials and lead site safety are a plus.
