WE are looking to fill custodial positions in Boulder ASAP. Janitorial experience or cleaning experience helpful. Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12:00am or Sunday - Thursday 3:30pm-12:00am Job Duties & Responsibilities Custodial Responsibilities: • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. • Clean buildings by emptying trash, recycling, and compost. • Clean and disinfect surfaces. • Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces. • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. • Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean. • Clean and service restrooms. • Wipe down walls, doors, baseboards, etc. • Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchens. Building Safety and Protection: • Secure premises by patrolling property. • Lock doors after operating hours. • Monitor the buildings and grounds for hazards and report deficiencies. • Ensure buildings are vacated after normal business hours and following special events. • Identify and report possible repairs. • Check locks and other safety equipment. • Inspect windows and doors to ensure locks are in place and functioning properly. • Report violations of restraining orders, trespassing incidents, and violations of Boulder City ordinances to the Boulder Police Department and notify Safety Managers of incidents. • Maintain strict confidentiality of information including access codes, incident reports, and investigation details. • Other duties as assigned.
