I have both 1099 and W2 positions available. Benefits-W2 employees are offered an amazing benefits package which includes paid holidays, mileage and tool reimbursement, paid vacation, 401K retirement sharing-match program. Pay-DOE-Our typical starting range is $20-$28/ hour for our W2 positions. Our 1099 guys typically make around $30-$50/hour depending on your speed.
