Handyman Needed for multiple properties in Colorado Springs Region

We’re looking to hire a handyman in Colorado Springs. Candidates must be reliable and experienced enough to work independently from start to finish on decking, stairs, siding, painting, flooring, plumbing, window replacements, etc. This is a part time position and the work will come in spurts, but we have a backlog and could keep you busy. Pay will be $20/hr for someone who is handy and capable of performing most of the projects above or $25/hr for someone with extensive experience in all of the areas above. Qualifications will be verified both by contacting employment references and via the completion by applicant of test projects.
