Description

Property maintenance and management for various properties in the Draper/Pulaski area. Properties include a 100-acre recreational property, a single-family home, and 3 vacation rental properties. All mowing, weed eating, firewood cutting, bush-hogging, handyman, equipment maintenance, fence clearing, simple home repairs, painting, and other duties required by those properties are included. The applicant will be self-managing, so will need to be reliable, efficient, and a self-starter. You will take phone calls from the property management company for the rental properties and respond to issues from guests on vacation. You may get these calls any time of day or night. A company-owned pickup truck will be furnished for work activities. This is not an office job. This will require you to do all of the labor yourself. Special requirements like electrical or plumbing can be sourced from a professional and managed by you. This is a full-time salaried position, not hourly, though no more than 40 hours per week are expected. The only employment benefit provided is holidays and vacation. Unfortunately, no health insurance can be provided. You will be the only employee of the company. Email your resume if you have one or describe your work history thoroughly.
