General Construction Laborer and/or Carpenter Help Needed

Busy real estate investment company needs help with assisting contractors on residential renovation work. Looking for a general laborer with some experience to assist leaders/foremen on-site. Carpenter skills a huge plus. Duties Include: General site tasks, cleanup/sweeping, load/unload materials, assisting trades/leaders on site with any tasks they need you for. Requirements: Dependable, honest. Construction experience preferred. Must be reliable and dependable. Must be a good listener and willing to follow direction. Must have the ability to get to work on time/have own transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform physical job tasks. I am open to this being either a full-time or part-time position with the hopes of someone eventually moving into a full-time role and the possibility of this turning into a project-management position further down the road. Types of renovation work we are typically doing: Interior painting, exterior painting, flooring installation, tile work, deck building, installing doors/windows/doorknobs/light fixtures/cabinet hardware, installing appliances, installing bathroom fixtures (sinks, faucets, shower heads, etc), installing window and door trim, installing kitchen cabinets and more. Our big project right now is currently located in Angier but we do work all over the Triangle area. If this ad is still up, this position is still available.
