Helper to Installer to Technician/Growth Opportunity Are you looking for an exciting, hands-on career in the window film industry? We are looking for a full-time helper that will quickly grow into an installer and with a clear training path for the opportunity to become a certified technician. We install Decorative, Solar Control and Safety Security Film to Commercial Buildings and to Residential Homes in Dallas, Fort Worth and the surrounding area. We are headquartered in Dallas, Texas and service local, regional and national accounts. Most of your work will be in the DFW Metroplex, with occasional work out of town. You can anticipate about 20% travel on a monthly basis. Requirements We are currently seeking an apprentice we can train to be a Flat Glass Window technician. As a top window film company in the Dallas area this is a key position for Metro Tint Texas. You must be able to learn all aspects associated with flat glass window film installation. Job Duties • Preparation and Installation of window film for flat glass • Assisting and interfacing one-on-one with customers • Preparation of paperwork and warranty forms • Warehouse and other duties, as assigned Qualifications • High level of professionalism • Attention to detail • Strong verbal communication • Customer service oriented • Self-motivated • Reliable Transportation • Excellent driving record and valid driver’s license • Must be able to climb a ladder and be able to work at height • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds • Willingness to learn and work hard! • Essential to be a team player. • Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check Call us for an interview.
