We are looking for a full time (40 hours plus) in house carpenter/ maintenance/HVAC for a large townhome complex. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE. This is for long term employment. Applicants must have an overall understanding and multi-task... Responsibilities include: Painting Plumbing (must have experience) Electrical (must have experience) Carpentry General repairs Daily cleaning and upkeep of property grounds and facilities Complete Maintenance Request Forms Ability to manage priorities and meet deadline Timely unit turns between residents including painting, cleaning and repairing Good communication skills Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, coils, and compressors Perform preventative maintenance on H.V.A.C systems to increase longevity Rotating On Call phone Must haves: - Positive attitude with a smile - A focus on details - Reliability while always being prompt and accessible - Ability to multi-task and stay on task when unsupervised - Prior knowledge of the tools, equipment, materials, and application techniques
