Nanny/babysitter needed

Hello, (We are located in North Medford across from the NM Walmart) We are looking for a part-time (can be full time in a few months) babysitter or nanny. This position would be perfect for someone with kids looking for some extra income, or someone who needs part time work. Would love for it to turn into a full-time position in the next few months (but willing to look for someone else to step in if not possible). We have a 2 1/2 year old daughter who is one of the easiest kids to watch. We don’t mind screen time, she watches a lot of Frozen and Mickey Mouse. She also has a play room with a ton of toys that keep her occupied for hours. She is not totally potty trained yet but we are working on it. She has pretty much 100% communication, she talks with probably over 200 words and can say pretty much everything and can tell you exactly what she wants/needs and can even keep you company with conversation. Right now we need pretty part time for appointments and a test I’m going to take in a few weeks. After that it would be a little more hours as I start working full time (I will be half working from home and half working in an office and meeting with clients. When I’m working from home I probably won’t need someone here but that might change from time to time. I’ll need someone for showings and meeting with clients which I’ll know the week before. We would love to find someone with a kiddo or two to keep her company! She loves playing with other kids! (We are also open to daycares but are having a hard time finding one) Please email or text with your experience and the wage you are looking for, we are flexible. Thank you!
