PROCESSING DAY AND BONFIRE NOV. 7th! BYOB (Bring your own bird or bunny) New to processing? Just have one or two birds to get in the freezer and can’t be bothered with set-up? For those of you processing, I’ll have an auto plucker that’s good for birds up to 10lbs. and a vacuum sealer available for use. I’m asking $10 to go towards the plucker rental and vacuum sealed bags. Free to the person that agrees to return the plucker so I don’t have to drive back down. For those of you that don’t want to participate in processing, the bonfire and potluck area will be in separate location, out of view of the processing area. Bring beer, cider, mulled wine, a dish or anything that feels like Autumn to you! Contact me to RSVP and for the address!
