Hey, so I'm looking for at the very least a few years experienced kickboxing or muy thai practitioner who can flow through thai pad workouts. Basic combinations like jab cross hook, b & w, cross hook cross. etc... High kicks, body kicks (with Thai pads obviously, I have fresh Fairtex ones). I don't supply gloves (BYO). Looking to do relatively intense but tactical/healthy 30-40 min. sessions. Ideally I'd like an enthusiastic partner who values his health and fitness that will hold pads for me just like I'd be holding pads for him, with skillful intent so there's constant improvement with that synergistic bond of knowing we don't have to hold back and should be giving it all we got but pacing ourselves so we can go hard for a half hour or so; not looking for a softy workout... ha. I have a few years experience under somebody who trained MMA, boxing & kickboxing so I do have light experience & consider myself pretty athletic. 5'10.5 197lbs. Prefer somebody with a similar build + or -... too big of a gap in size may complicate our ability to vibe as training partners in this sport. Not looking to spar or touch each other up, just friendly & enthusiastic pad training to get a good sweat while honing the technicalities/power/effectiveness of our strikes; punches, kicks, elbows & knees. **If you're a personal trainer that is familiar and experienced holding pads and would do this for a fee I'm open to spend $40 to make it worth your while for half hour-40min. max of training (though if I'm paying this obv. wouldn't be me holding pads for you).**
