Responsibilities and Duties Skills needed include but are not limited to: carpentry, cleanouts, framing, painting, drywall, masonry, siding, gutters, flooring, electrical, light demolition, and plumbing. We are looking for all trades, but specialization in one is required. Requirements prior to job offer: Must be able to pass a background check Provide a certificate of insurance showing General Liability and workman's compensation Fill out and submit a W-9 Has their own tools Valid driver's license Job Type: Contract by job Location: Based in Cranberry, Twp (service majority of Western PA). Experience: 3 years in your trade preferred Compensation: Varies by job type, trade, and size. Required to submit a bid, and agree on price prior to work being performed. Payment based on percentage of work completed.
