We help busy families with the household tasks such as: - Cooking - Menu planning - Laundry - Grocery shopping - Light tidying/housekeeping - Organization - Errand running PAY AND SCHEDULE: Each position takes between 3-8 hours of time per shift. You will be paid a flat-rate per plan that equates to between $16-$40 per hour dependent upon your experience and quality of work. You can take on as many or as little clients as you want weekly! Minimum commitment would be twice a week (approximately 8 hours). This should be SUPPLEMENTAL INCOME to start with the chance to FILL your book as we grow. You MUST be able to commit to blocking out a minimum of EIGHT hours per week. If this works with your current job/situation, we want to hear from you! Our #1 priority.- Dedication/ Client-first mentality/ Caring Being well-planned and structured for maximum productivity- Efficient Being able to roll with the punches- Adaptable Being able to connect with people on a deeper level and understand what they feel- High emotional intelligence / Empathy Paying close attention and noticing minor or subtle changes or details- Detail oriented Forward thinking and continuously looking for ways to improve or solve problems before they occur- Level 5 thinking Emotionally invested and puts the Company interests ahead of their own knowing that when the Company achieves its goals that they are well taken care of- Team Player REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 3 years cooking experience: culinary degree OR comparable life experience Ability to strictly follow any recipes with knowledge of where a recipe may fall short and have the ability to self correct A large repertoire of cuisine. Laundry experience: familiar with various folding techniques, handling of the various fabrics such as intimates, silks, woolens etc. Owns a reliable vehicle that is not shared with others. Availability to travel within 25 miles of the Greater Philadelphia area. Owns a smartphone and is skilled with technology to utilize our app. Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
