My name is Kenny (they/them) I'm a working professional, gigging, teaching, and recording since 2008. I Studied jazz and commercial music at the University of Denver and have performed in a variety of contexts- dance bands, traditional Irish music, Jazz, musical theatre, collaborations with drag artists, and live looping. I primarily teach popular styles, rock, indie, top 40s with an emphasis on music theory and listening skills. -I work with late elementary learners up through adult hobbyists -Complete beginners warmly welcomed -Also happy to function as a practice companion / accountability partner to help keep you in track to accomplish your goals -Lessons are completely tailored to your goals and needs -Happy to meet in person if you're fully vaccinated, either at my home studio, or at your location.
