Alt country for aging punks

I would like to try my hand at alt country/ Americana, much like Chuck Ragen, Greg Graffin, Mike Nes and other aging punk rockers. I am a guitarist, and I can sing harmony. My musical background started in punk rock, but I am a solid rythm guitarist who can play more than power chords and 4 note riffs. I am pretty open to any instruments, and I would love to team up with an exceptional vocalist. You should know what a musical key is, or be willing to learn, and be able to play by ear once the chord progression is established. Otherwise, there is no need to be a virtuoso. This project is just for fun- no pro aspirations. This is open to any age, race and gender. Just come as you are, and we'll figure out how to play something that sounds good. No hard drug use please.
