Proctor for physical fitness test - ASAP

I need someone to proctor a physical fitness test for me for an out-of-state police agency. It should take about thirty minutes, then you would have to sign and date a form while be video recorded from my phone that you witnessed me doing the running, pushups, situps. You will have to record me on your phone, and then airdrop the video. If the video transfer doesn't work, the test doesn't count. I would like to do this as soon as possible.
