Room for growth! Hours: Monday- Friday 7:30AM-5:30PM The Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing the parts department and upholding customer service standards. Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service to vendors with a great smile and positive attitude • Present and maintain a clean office environment • Help maintain the company culture throughout the office regarding dress code and general policies • Maintain a “Right Now” mentality when handling extra tasks and throughout daily duties • Troubleshooting invoice discrepancies and working with the other departments as a team • Process all deposits and accounts receivable • Handling accounts payable and ensuring all are paid in timely manner • Ensure invoices are accurately recorded • Willingness to take on more task/ responsibilities as needed Skill Set: • Experience working within a fast paced customer service environment • Ability to multitask multiple projects and assignments as needed • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Very organized • Able to meet deadlines • Self-motivated and proactive • Thorough, with strong attention to detail • Possess outstanding work ethic Requirements: • Valid Driver’s License • High School Education required • Required to come to work every day on time and present a professional image • Accounting experience not required, we provide training Preferred • 1 year of parts department experience or similar
