Description
We are looking for several hospitality-minded staff to assist with an upcoming event in Austin November 14-16
Date: Staff needed November 14-15 or 15-16
Location: Downtown Hotel
Role 1 - Registration - Checking people in, getting them their name badges, need to be comfortable typing and using a computer
Sunday November 14 12:30p-7:30p
Monday November 15 7a-12noon
Role 2 - Office Receptionist - Managing a private meeting room, serving as the gatekeeper
Sunday November 14 4p-8p
Monday November 15 7a-11am
Role 3 - Breakout Room Manager - you would help with opening door for the general session, scanning badges, and assisting the presenter as they need
Monday November 15 8:15a-5:15p
Tuesday November 16 9a-4:30p
Pay: All shifts and positions pay $18.00 hour, plus a parking reimbursement will be provided
Attire for the event is black dress/work pants, a white polo, button down shirt and black shoes/sneakers with a matching belt. Visible tattoos must be covered and all piercings, other than earrings must be removed.
