Cat needs rehoming

Young adult female cat needs rehoming. She is somewhat ferrel, but has been hanging around our house, being fed and raised a litter of kittens too. They have been rehomed but mom needs to go too. We cannot be keep her outside or in. But I think considering the cold weather coming that she would be willing to go inside someone's home. She's a small cat and sweet. I can get her in a pet carrier, which can be taken, but someone else would need to take it from there. Let me know. I need this to be done ASAP, like yesterday.
