Looking for responsible reliable and ethical person to live in our home in Tavares FL. and care for house. Low of 35 up to 45 hrs week cleaning, organizing, taking care of our home and pets...one dog one cat. Different daily and weekly duties and responsibilities... weekends off. Watch over our home and pets when and if we travel, you could possibly be asked to travel with us. We are very nice and responsible people, upper middle aged couple. We’re looking for good person (a couple could be considered) person who needs some help and good clean housing and wants to help out someone who also needs some help. Very nice home on lake, plenty of privacy and space. Must have car, understand and speak very good English. Must pass extensive background check and have at least 2 past business references, 2 personal references and 2 family references. Many benefits to the right loyal, good person fitting this position. Your room, bathroom are fully furnished very nice. You have plenty of closet space and full linen closet. Possible extra small storage space available if needed.
