IMMEDIATE OPENING Hiring an experienced and well rounded maintenance person to maintain and facilitate repairs and maintenance for our large commercial building and warehouse. MUST have knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, mechanical, vehicle maintenance and the ability to work with and manage outside contractors and vendors to ensure all needs are met for building and building tenants. Hi-Lo certification a plus! Warehouse experience a plus as well. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule with paid on call hours Computer skills, people skills and the ability to professionally communicate necessary. Previous commercial and/or apartment maintenance experience a plus This is a full time opportunity with benefits after 90 days. Valid Drivers License necessary.
