Local Maintenance Service Company Servicing Residential, Industrial and Commercial properties in the Eugene-Springfield Oregon Region is hiring a Service Worker.
Construction duties of assisting contractor with various types of repair services including deck board removal and replacement. Rental property household repairs, painting and various other service work.
Maintenance-Yard service work consisting of roof maintenance, scraping moss off roof shingles and cleaning rain gutters. Window cleaning, tree trimming, raking up leaves.
Individual must be a reliable team player that is capable of learning new tasks, multi-tasking learning new skills while following customer directions well. Responsibilities will include building rapport with service management and customers. Ability to utilize tape measure, ladders, leaf blowers, chainsaw, yard tools, skill saw and basic tool box items. We supply tools that are provided for your productive usage.
Must be able to work an 8 hour work day between the hours of 8 a m and 6 pm.
Work days Monday through Friday and on various Saturdays.
Starting pay is $21.00 hour. Paid weekly. Hiring Starting Monday 11-1-2021.
